Important: Service-specific product details, prices, refund eligibility and management levels shown during checkout form part of your agreement. Review the final order before payment.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to the XAMAA website and the purchase or use of hosting, domain, server and related services. By creating an account, submitting an order or using a service, you agree to these terms and any product-specific conditions presented during checkout.
Website domain transition and service continuity: XAMAA now operates its primary public website at xamaa.lk. The domains xamaa.com and xamaa.lk are owned and operated by the same owner. All valid customer accounts, orders, subscriptions, invoices, support arrangements and service commitments created through xamaa.com remain valid and will continue to be served by XAMAA through xamaa.lk. The existing WHMCS client system may continue to operate at dashboard.xamaa.com.
2. Services and Availability
XAMAA offers web hosting, domain registration and transfer, email, reseller and developer hosting, VPS and other digital services. Features, server locations, resource allocations, software, prices and availability may differ by product and may change as infrastructure and supplier conditions evolve.
Reasonable efforts are made to keep services available and secure. No internet service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption, maintenance, routing issues, third-party outages or events outside reasonable control.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and current contact, billing and registrant information.
- You are responsible for protecting account passwords, control-panel credentials, API keys and recovery information.
- You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law states otherwise.
4. Orders, Billing and Renewals
Prices, currencies, billing cycles, setup fees, promotional periods and renewal amounts are displayed in the client dashboard or final checkout. Temporary promotions apply only under the conditions shown with the offer.
Services may renew automatically when that option is enabled. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and reviewing invoices before their due date. Late, unpaid or disputed invoices may result in restriction, suspension or termination as permitted by the applicable service terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not use XAMAA services for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, spam, intellectual-property infringement, abusive automation or content prohibited by applicable law or upstream network policies.
Activities that endanger platform stability, consume excessive shared resources or negatively affect other customers may be rate-limited, isolated or suspended while the issue is investigated.
6. Domain Names
Domain registrations and transfers are subject to registry, registrar and ICANN rules where applicable. Availability is not guaranteed until registration is successfully completed. You are responsible for accurate registrant details, transfer authorization codes and renewal dates.
Domain registration, renewal and transfer fees may be non-refundable after submission to the registry. Some extensions require additional documents, eligibility or processing time.
7. Backups and Customer Data
Backup features may be included with certain hosting products, but you should maintain an independent and current copy of important websites, databases, email and configuration data. Backup frequency, retention and restoration availability can differ by product.
8. Support and Management Scope
Support is available through the channels listed on the website and client dashboard. The scope of support depends on the product. Shared-hosting assistance does not automatically include custom development, third-party application repair or continuous website administration. VPS and dedicated-server management responsibilities must be confirmed before ordering.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, XAMAA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from service interruption, data loss, third-party software, customer configuration, cyberattack or events outside reasonable control. Any direct liability is limited according to applicable law and the service-specific agreement.
10. Changes to Services or Terms
These terms may be updated to reflect legal, operational, security or product changes. The current version will be published on this page. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@xamaa.lk or through the XAMAA client support system.
